What we collect
Tripletto collects the information needed to run the app and generate useful itineraries. That can include your name, email address, account details, trip dates, destinations, home airport, group size, budget, travel style, hotel preferences, food preferences, pace, accessibility notes, and any other planning details you choose to provide.
We may also collect chat messages, prompts, generated itineraries, saved trip data, debug exports you choose to download or share with us, support emails, device and browser information, log data, approximate location from your device or IP address, and billing or subscription metadata from our payment providers if paid features are enabled.
How we use it
- To create, save, display, debug, and improve your itineraries.
- To operate login, account security, customer support, payments, and service communications.
- To personalize planning outputs around your constraints, such as booked flights, hotel priorities, food importance, pace, accessibility needs, and date flexibility.
- To detect abuse, prevent fraud, fix bugs, analyze product performance, and comply with legal obligations.
AI and service providers
Tripletto uses third-party vendors to host the app, store data, authenticate users, process payments, run analytics, automate workflows, send communications, and generate AI-assisted itinerary content. We share data with those providers only as needed for them to perform services for Tripletto.
AI outputs can require your travel inputs to be sent to model providers or workflow tools. Do not enter sensitive information that is not needed for the trip plan.
Cookies and local storage
We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for login sessions, security, preferences, analytics, saved app state, and product performance. See our Cookie Policy for more detail.
Sharing and disclosure
- We do not sell your personal information in the ordinary sense of handing it to data brokers for cash.
- We may share data with service providers, professional advisers, authorities when legally required, or a successor if Tripletto is involved in a merger, financing, acquisition, or asset transfer.
- If you share a trip link, export, screenshot, or debug file, anyone with access to that material may see the included trip details.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the app, maintain records, resolve disputes, comply with law, and improve the product. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can promise perfect security.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, delete, or export personal information by emailing triplettotravel@gmail.com. We may need to verify your request and may retain certain records where required by law, security, billing, or legitimate business needs.
Children and international users
Tripletto is not intended for children under 13. If you use Tripletto from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be processed in the United States or other places where our providers operate.
